II) How To Apply

1. Apply in FORM C, to be typed on borrower  Company's letter head, duly signed by authorized official.(Click for Form C)


2. Copy of SEBI registration certificate.


3. Copy of SEBI registration certificate.


4. Private Placement Memorandum.


5. Specimen Contribution Agreement.


6. List of other contributors to the Fund


7. List of all statutory compliances required and compliance status


8. After scrutiny of proposal the Corporation may call for any other requirement
